Bleeee-och

I done tooooold ya'll I wanted to vamp up our covered front porch.  SO.  I bought this outdoor resin/wicker/whatever you call it sofa off Craigslist.  Meaning Josh went to pick it up while I made myself busy doing something else because making trips of that nature give me social anxiety.  Thank you Jesus that the baby was sleeping or I was running errands or cleaning a bathroom or blogging or something because Josh said this gem has been living in Honey Boo Boo's front yard.   And her mother "June" gladly accepted our cash payment.

You know what that means.

Go get the bleach.

A shot of the matching table

And the back.

This is how Whitten helped.  Nekkid.  {It was hot out. And yes he wears sunscreen. When I remember.}

Many coats of black paint later.

For picture's sake I threw these pillows on the sofa.  So that you may feel invited to please. come. sit. relax.

 And I will continue to search high and low for a cushion as Josh threw the cushion "For Sale" back onto Ms. June's porch.  Not that I would've kept it.  Because that would also give me social anxiety.  Or maybe just disgustingness anxiety.

Maxxonista?

Can someone tell me what this was doing at TJMaxx for a mere $699.99?

So of course I bought it.

Sike.

Only because it was too big.

Sike again.

{Far From} Live! At the Red Carpet. {To your Home.}

Since I consider myself a Joan Ranger I feel comfortable educating you in regards to this years Emmy's Best Dressed.  Per Me.  And dressing yourself does not only include your clothes.  Per My Nana.  "You're home is a reflection of your self."  Which must be why I was brought up under the precedent that "Southern women don't have trash."  Per my mother.  Which must be why we emptied every trash can in our house on a daily basis.  And then again if we were expecting company.

Whitten vs. Slane

Slane : Zero.

Just one more so that you may mo'better feel my pain.

Whitten:  {You guessed it.} One.

After he ruins my overpriced jewlery, he gets really tired.  Or I just put him in his crib and he falls asleep.  Whichever comes first.  And yes I realize you aren't supposed to put things in the crib with the baby if you're a good mom.  But I'm not one of those.  Plus I have a motion sensor under the mattress {which covers a multitude of sins...}*

*plus one to YOU if you recognize that reference ;o)
